Email/Retention Marketing for eCommerce Brands | CEO, The Kaizen Blitz | Sent 100+ million emails resulting in $12M+ in attributable revenue for clients.
Here are 3 revenue-driving lessons I've learned working with 10 supplement brands over the last 3-4 years: 1) Bulk orders > Subscriptions Customers are willing to pay 2-3x more for a bulk order... Instead of signing up for a subscription. The problem is... first-time customers aren't sure if they'll continue buying your product. Many of them will have their supplements collecting dust. Instead, offer a 2x or 3x bundle as an upsell at a discount. You'd be surprised to see how many bite. 2) Create a Consumption Flow As I mentioned, lots of customers will forget to use your product. If they don't use your product, they won't buy it again. Remind them to take it with a Consumption Flow: 👉 Remind them about their goals 👉 Offer tips on when or how to take it 👉 Include SMS reminders At the end of the flow, ask them if they need a refill. Hint: They definitely will. 3) Focus on brand identity Supplements and nutrition are a heavily commoditized industry. Not to mention, super competitive. Give customers a reason to pick you vs. a generic brand on Amazon (or your competitor). The best brands I've seen and worked with: 👉 Focused on brand identity 👉 Were first to market with a trend (Ex. bone broth) 👉 Built a loyal fanbase (Facebook Groups, engaged email list) 👉 Had a superior product (and backed their claims with research) You likely can't claim them all, but getting one right can always move the needle. Learn from these lessons and apply them to your business.

(Video 2/100) - 30 Seconds.. *6 Key Blocks for Highly Converting Ads - Used by top Ecommerce brands Let me call out one example for easy understanding, I’m considering a supplements brand. 1. Hook is to Grab attention immediately. Example: 'Feeling exhausted and run-down?' 2. Problem is to Identify the customer’s pain point. Example: 'Struggling with low energy and focus throughout the day?' 3. Solution is to Present your product as the solution. Example: 'Boost your energy and mental clarity with our all-natural supplements.' 4. Product Benefit is to Highlight a key benefit. Example: 'Packed with essential vitamins and minerals to keep you energized and sharp.' 5. Social Proof can be with the Use of testimonials or reviews. Example: 'Join thousands of satisfied customers who have transformed their health. “I’ve never felt more energetic!” - Saritha, verified customer.' 6. CTA is to Direct the customer to act. Example: 'Order now and get a 20% discount on your first purchase!' "Mix and match these blocks to create your own high-converting ad creatives. If you found this framework useful, save and share this video to help others boost their ad performance too!" #Convertingads #framework #ecommerce #product #supplements #brand
