I used to be the "power through hour after hour" person. That is the best way to become successful at burnout. I now take more frequent little breaks to move, meditate, hydrate, and just take care of myself in general.

Doing a short Qi Gong exercise before and after every meeting/client helps me to focus and keep my vibe high. 🌠
