"Confidence stems from knowledge.." the words that sum up RPL learner Kevin Farrell's experience of RPL where he gained entry to to the Aviation Management BA (Hons) Programme at South East Technological University. Kevin has worked in aviation throughout his life, gaining valuable knowledge and practical experience. While studying for a certificate at SETU, he was encouraged to fulfil his ambition to gain a formal qualification in aviation. Kevin shared how RPL has impacted him in terms of his confidence and the positive impact on his day-today work.
