What’s the secret behind the popularity of Dubai's most sought-after chocolate brand, FIX? While I haven’t been able to try it yet (island life!), I can totally see the genius behind their marketing strategy. The founder, interestingly, created FIX while she was pregnant—an inspiring story, no doubt, but one you’ve likely heard from the brand’s viral video clips. (Check out an attached file ) Honestly, watching those videos immediately makes me crave something sweet! This is sensory marketing at its finest, specifically targeting our taste cravings. When marketing strategies engage our senses to grab attention, our impulse to buy kicks in hard. Another clever tactic? Scarcity. FIX is only available at one Dubai store, and it’s only sold at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Scarcity psychology, at its best: when something is limited in availability—whether by quantity or time—it feels more valuable, pushing us closer to an impulsive purchase. And let’s not forget the influencer factor. By investing in top-tier influencers, they create strong social proof, driving virality and even more demand. In summary, the success of FIX isn’t just about an amazing chocolate recipe. It’s their skill in crafting a strategy that deeply influences our behavior.
