Our article entitled "Do Magnetic murmurs guide birds? A directional statistical investigation for influence of Earth’s Magnetic field on bird navigation " has been published in the prestigious PLOS One. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Dr. Debashis Chatterjee (Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan) and Dr. Amlan Banerjee (Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata) and Dr. Shiladri Shekhar Das (Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata) on this research. Today's talk at Indus University, Gujarat There are only around 50 kings between Manu, the oldest human figure mentioned in Rgveda, and Parikshit, who was born one year after the Kurukshetra War. There are only around 30 kings between Parikshit and his descendants who were contemporary to kings like Chandragupta Maurya! Thus, the chronology of Bharata is based on a limited number of generations! But the ambition of chronology exaggerators is unlimited! All the exciting new discoveries about the geography and chronology of Veda, Itihasa Puranas will be described here. Both local and non-local individuals, regardless of gender, had equal access to food resources. This suggests a relatively egalitarian society, a finding that contrasts with some other Neolithic populations, such as those in southern France, where dietary differences between sexes have been observed...
