OUR TRAINING PROGRAMME RECEIVED A RATING OF 99% I conducted Training Programme on 13th August 2024 on ‘Personality Development’ for the employees of M/s. Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery Pvt. Ltd. (KTTM), Bengaluru. The programme was organised at Hotel Green Park, Bengaluru. About 40 employees attended the Training Programme. In the Feedback Formats, for the effectiveness of the Training Programme , the participants have given an Average Rating of 9.9 on 0-10    (0: Lowest, 10: Highest) i.e. the participants have found the Training Programme 99% effective. The following are the opinions of the participants on the Training Programme (as written by them in the Feedback Formats): ·        There are no words to describe the programme. The IRONY of training and running workshops annnnnd the TAE qual in Australia... Was having a chat to a colleague in my industry recently, and we were discussing one of the ironies of our industry. Who thinks we need better trainers in Australia? "yes ! me me me, everyone puts up their hands..." Who wants to become a better trainer and do the work to do that? "hmm I'm too busy for that.../it's too hard to change/PowerPoint is all we need" ie as a learner we cringe when we experience bad training and trainers but it is the select few that say they will go out and learn more about training and DO different. They will read books, watch YouTube clips on presentation skills , teaching skills, get curious about how people learn and seek out what works. Go to toastmasters, attend a public speaking workshop, learn coaching methodologies etc. Training is different to many other roles in the sense that it has a ripple effect, the better something is taught and past on the better that trainee can do the thing that other people then benefit from. Settling for mediocre in training keeps the industry where it is...I want to take a moment to acknowledge all trainers that are aiming to lift their game and improve their industry through awesome training and always looking to improve their skills. This image comes to mind... who wants the industry of training to change ? me ! who hates bad training? me! who is willing to be a better trainer? crickets.....with a few hands in the back.. We are not here to make gossips in the corporate culture but are here to build network which help you and your coworker grow together .Building networks fosters a good positive growth in one's life.This is a life and learning in the life never stops. You learn from each and every aspect of life whether in a good way or a bad way .This may impact one's individual in a positive way as one learn to groom theirselves and develop thier creative mindset .Building a good and learning mindest is far more important than building a good organisation or a good team .Everybody should learn from thier mistakes and develop a habit to accept failures rather than blaming other or procastinating from the situation.
