Why you shouldn't just set and forget your roadmap 🛣️ You've created your roadmap and it's gone live on your website. Job done, right? Wrong ❌ Feedback will come in and features will be prioritized ⤵️ ➡️ These will get moved closer to the current date to get finished faster. ➡️ Feature descriptions may change so you'll need to update those too. ➡️ And once you finish a feature, you'll need to mark that on the roadmap. A roadmap is an ongoing project. But it doesn't have to be complicated. If you use FeedBear 😉 You can very simply communicate all of the changes to your customers. When you update your roadmap using our tool, everyone who worked on that feature, upvoted, or left a comment on it will be notified automatically. That's much easier than sending an email or push notification to your entire customer base 🐻

Still trying to get Product-Market Fit? Try this exercise: 1. Write down your product's top 5 features. 2. For each feature, ask 'So what?' 3 times. 3. The final 'So what?' is your real value proposition. Example: Feature: AI-powered data analysis So what? It's faster than manual analysis. So what? You save time. So what? You can make data-driven decisions quickly. Real value prop: "Make confident, data-driven decisions in minutes, not days." Need help clarifying your value prop? That's my jam. Creating a workflow is all great and fun, but seeing a detailed report of how a user clicked through that workflow is extremely satisfying. This lets you get a detailed understanding of what the user did, and how it went. Maybe all users make a stop on one of your specific steps? Then you'll know.
