Helix Exploration PLC (AIM:HEX) told investors it has successfully completed drilling the Darwin-1 well, at the Rudyard project in Montana, encountering significant helium shows in multiple horizons. The well was drilled down to 5,488 feet, and measured helium concentrations of up to 1,312 parts per million (ppm) – which is around 250 times the level found in ambient air. According to mud logging, the firm sees over 330 feet of potential gross pay, including new formations not seen in prior drilling. The targets, which now require further testing, are described as “high to prognosis”, with the company now anticipating “a larger anticline structure than previously modelled”. "The Darwin #1 well at the Rudyard Project has significantly surpassed initial expectations,” chief executive Bo Sears said in a statement. "We are proceeding with a triple-combo wireline to further delineate our potential reservoir. More at #Proactive #ProactiveInvestors http://ow.ly/47iU105OLRi

Helix Exploration: Next helium well to be drilled later this week as prep work is completed @HelixExp #AIM #HEX. Helix Exploration PLC has completed road and drill pad construction at its Rudyard helium project in northern Montana, moving closer to appraisal drilling at the site. The Treasure State Drilling Cardwell KB-150 rig is now in place, with work on the Darwin #1 well expected to start this week. The plan is to evaluate an estimated 484,193 Mcf of helium, valued at over $250 million based on current market prices. Located on a large geological structure known as a domal anticline, previous exploration in nearby areas has shown helium concentrations up... http://ow.ly/gWPe105Nau7

Helix Exploration PLC (AIM:HEX) has announced a disappointing result from testing a secondary target in its Clink-1, which yielded a discovery in the primary target earlier this month. Testing in the Amsden formation found sub-economic levels of helium, the company said. Amsden was a secondary target and represented less than 6% of the project’s estimated helium resource, which stood at 2.30 billion cubic feet (Bcf) in total before drilling. Helix said it now plans to move forward with acidisation and testing of the Charles formation, another secondary target in Clink-1 – initially, in this zone, the company measured up to 672 parts per million helium in drilling mud and strong gas effects in wireline logging. Helix Exploration start drilling Darwin well in Montana helium fairway @HelixExp #AIM #HEX. HeLIX Exploration PLC (AIM:HEX) has started drilling the Darwin-1 well at its Rudyard project, in Montana. The drill operation is targeting ‘stacked’ reservoir structures within the Souris River and Dry Creek intervals, both of which are known for their helium potential. Tests in past in this area have returned helium values as high as 1.3%. And estimates have pitched the P50 Gross Contingent Resources at 484,193 Mcf within the Souris and Red River zones. Drilling is expected to last around 2 to 3 weeks. Helix intends to conduct wireline logging and, subject to... http://ow.ly/ZJvY105NnEJ

Anson Resources Ltd (ASX:ASN, OTCQB:ANSNF) has completed drilling the Bosydaba#1 Well to a vertical depth of 3,416.81 metres (11,210 feet) at the Green River #Lithium Project in the Paradox Basin of south-eastern Utah, USA. Drilling the Leadville Formation to a depth of 11,210 feet at Bosydaba#1, which is on recently purchased private property, completed the company’s Green River exploration program and is the first phase of the Green River JORC mineral resource definition plan. The drilling intersected the limestone units at a depth of 3,191.26 metres (10,470 feet) and was stopped before penetrating through the Leadville Formation. This indicates that the Leadville Formation, Mississippian Unit is likely to continue deeper than the recorded depth of 3,416.81 metres. We're pleased to announce the completion of our maiden shallow due diligence drilling program at the Raptor REE Project in Brazil: https://loom.ly/PUqzdRQ Assay results reveal the presence of high-grade REEs both at surface and subsurface (saprolite), highlighting strong potential for Ionic Absorption Clay hosted deposits. The results demonstrate compelling high-grade Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO) intersections, with multiple 3m intervals exceeding 4,500 ppm TREO and peak 1m intervals reaching up to 6,300 ppm. Notably, all intersections show a significant weighting towards the higher-value Nd+Pr (Neodymium-Praseodymium) oxides, comprising up to 35% of the total TREO assemblage across multiple project areas. Our Exploration Manager Allan Stephens said: "Within just a few months, Perpetual has moved quickly and efficiently to achieve compelling results in a prolific region known for hosting some of the world’s best REE deposits. With 21 holes drilled across three areas, testing both surface and shallow subsurface, we've delivered high impact evaluations, including significant intervals of up to 12m @ 4,601ppm TREO and Nd:Pr ratios of up to 35%. The majority of holes end in mineralisation, suggesting strong potential at greater depths. We now focus on infill drilling and deeper subsurface testing to scale up and position our projects for resource-ready milestones."

The Darwin well may also be cased for production, to allow further testing in the future. Darwin is one target in a portfolio focused on helium exploration and development across the ‘Montana Helium Fairway,’. Helix holds 52 leases in this ‘fairway’, including the Ingomar Dome project. Midland Exploration Inc. (MD-V) Midland, in partnership with RTEC, continues to intersect spodumene pegmatites on the Galinée Project, Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec. Midland Exploration Inc., in partnership with Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Inc. (RTEC), reported on December 19, 2024 final results from its first drilling campaign for lithium on the Galinée Project in Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec. A total of 28 drill holes were completed on the Galinée project which is located ~7 km east of the Adina lithium deposit (77.8 MT @ 1.15% Li2O) held by Winsome Resources. Recall Midland had reported on October 24, 2024, initial results from its maiden drilling program for lithium on the Galinée Project (see: https://lnkd.in/ei2HtpJZ). Remaining assay results from the maiden drilling program on the Galinée Project are for the final 15 drill holes conducted on the Iceberg, White Stripes, Surge, Snow Fox, and White Lightning lithium showings. Best results from these remaining 15 drill holes out of the 28 are: 1.03% Li2O over 32.87 meters (DDH TLIB0026); 1.46% Li2O over 27.34 meters (DDH TLIB0018); 1.58% Li2O over 35.05 meters (DDH TLIB0022 RC); and 0.76% Li2O over 38.73 meters (DDH TLIB0020). We estimate overall a grade x thickness metric of 27.9% Li2O x m for the 14 disclosed holes reported. On Galinée, The 2024 drilling program consisted specifically of 21 diamond drill holes and 7 reverse circulation (RC) drill holes totaling 6,284.86 meters. Saliently, up to 7 spodumene pegmatites of decameter-scale were intersected during the 2024 drilling campaign, which remain open and further to be investigated.
