Is it running? I've got to wait 2 seconds apparently Hi, I'm Paul Strouts, I'm the CEO for the Proclinical brand. My role ultimately is to ensure that each part of the business running smoothly and I run the the board for Proclinical as well. So we meet weekly and my role is to just have an ensure that the group are pushing the business in the right direction for mainly a strategic and a growth perspective that at Proclinical we are ultimately in international staffing provider, we work with a range of businesses that they come from large pharma companies, large biotech biotechnology type companies, large CRO, which many of you would you would know, But we also get involved in some of the more kind of embryonic sectors. So we would get involved in gene therapy, AI and other one that's quite interesting. Med tech is another sector that is kind of reasonably new to the industry that we're working as well. So yeah. We would work with household names, but would also work with fairly new startup, recent investment businesses that would be looking to cure things like oncology, all sorts of cancer, dementia and anything of that nature. I think the ultimate vision is, is for us to improve people's lives. We are here to build groundbreaking teams that will be there for our clients to cure diseases, you know, and a range of them. I think that's the number one vision for us. I think the second vision for us as a group, but also protocol being a key part of that, is to become the number one staffing and solutions provider globally.
