Can you tell me what your name and job title is please? Yep, my name is Hannah Martin and I'm a project manager at Procure 4. So Hannah, you are procured for ESG, Environmental, Social and Governance subject matter expert. So can you explain please what ESG means for procurement and why it's becoming increasingly important for businesses? Jill, so I think the procurement, we are the interface with what's happening outside of the company. So with the interface with suppliers, with the markets and what's happening. So I think in terms of ESG, we have a big responsibility to bring the outside in and that's how I view SG and procurement in particular. And in terms of why it's important, there's a few reasons. So firstly, there's demand for it, demand from customers and the customer base also demands from let's say investors as well. So just increased demand is one big reason. And another big reason is important is just legislation. So meeting current legislation and meeting legislation that's going to be coming along the line. And so having visibility of what's likely to land and making sure that you're compliant in that respect. Another reason that it's very important and specially for predicament is it's a really good hotbed for innovation. So there's lots of innovation happening market related to SG. If you're not tapping into that, then you're missing out on a competitive advantage that your competitors might have. I probably say lastly, um, it's just risk management that's a big part of it as well. So risk to your potential company, amputation, risk to your supply chain in terms of availability. And so those are some of the kind of key reasons I think it's really important for human at the moment.
