If you want real ROI for your 2025 budget, invest a small portion of that in an in-person workshop. If done right, you will have: -Creative that aligns with your strategy -Created space to let the best ideas grow -A viable roadmap to guide you through the year -A significant reduction in overages and scope creep -Better ROI from your spend Just because you can do something quickly doesn't mean you should.
