We have started a clinical research project using 18F-FAPI-74 since August 2023. Our group recently published an interesting case of 18F-FAPI-74 showing a false positive in venous thrombus. FAPI is expected to be an alternative to FDG as a tracer for malignancies in general. In addition to this case, we have encountered several other useful and interesting cases using FAPI.
