Regalia as a pre-plant drench made a difference this #FromTheFieldFriday on watermelons in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Both plants were treated with Regalia via drip, but the plant on the left was also treated with a Regalia drench prior to transplant. This additional treatment lead to 35% more root mass and an additional 3 fibrous root branches on the main root (6 vs. 3).
