Regalia as a pre-plant drench made a difference this #FromTheFieldFriday on watermelons in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Both plants were treated with Regalia via drip, but the plant on the left was also treated with a Regalia drench prior to transplant. This additional treatment lead to 35% more root mass and an additional 3 fibrous root branches on the main root (6 vs. 3). Regalia is my go-to for plant growth and broad spectrum disease control in my entire garden on all my flowers, fruits and veggies.

Pre plant or pre transplanting drenches are normal procedures, yet it has not recieved enough attention as a way to incorporate beneficial microbia into the plants. in ZERA we are developing such technologies for Latin America. Happy to see these results!
