Guests walk in expecting luxury, only to be greeted by murky views. It's a guaranteed way to leave a bad impression and impact business! I believe that clean windows are not just a luxury but a necessity for any property manager or business owner. Think about it – first impressions are everything! Dirty windows can make even the most upscale hotel or restaurant look neglected and uninviting. I remember one time when we worked with a local hotel here in Delray Beach. After our team worked their magic on those windows, the difference was night and day! The sunlight flooded into the lobby, guests could enjoy clear views of the ocean, and positive reviews poured in like never before.
