Be sure to ask to see their printers in action. So, you can see firsthand how much these devices waste your ink and money, all by design. Make sure you ask them to replace one ink cartridge at a time, let the device do its mandatory maintenance after each replacement and be sure to note the ink levels before each time. Then ask them where all that ink went when not one page was printed. As now the first cartridge you replaced will show it is at ¼ capacity, the second cartridge you replaced will show it is at ½ capacity, the third cartridge you replaced will show it is at ¾ capacity, the last one will show it is full at least till the device does it automatic maintenance, so be sure to disable that as all it does is waste more of your ink and money, all by design.
