You didn't convert that customer. The customer landed in your territory. Don't confuse the two. You need more "Sales". Less "Rep". Don't ask me about Accounting or Finance. I have no idea what they reward. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬. It's in your title. Go call on someone who doesn't use your product now. And solve new customers' problems. #sales #medicaldevices
