🤔Always interesting to read where the rules will take us in the next 12 months… Having had a week this week focused on progress reviews, the change to “employers needing to sign a review” is interesting! 📃The document we use to evidence the review is no way near as important as the ACTUAL REVIEW process. 🪤Providers could fall in to a trap here and not provide suitable evidence of employer involvement during the review…. One to be wary off for sure! That tripartite approach is key to effective provision! 🔺

Registered Apprenticeships are no longer a secret. A lot of people are looking for ways to assist people young and old in finding the right job and the right training program to get them there. Only 20% of those that start college actually finish with a degree. That leaves 80% of those that need a direction, an option for something else. Let's work together to help them find that direction, that option.
