Tom, that's a brilliant idea. I don't know how much you're gonna charge for this. If you're gonna charge for this, how much you're gonna charge for it. And I'm in, you know, as long as it's reasonable, I'm in. Because I think we can really change this and it can be. And let's send us an e-mail and let's have a conversation back and forth to be able to say, holy cow, we had 50 inquiries today, Tim. I guess we're on to something here. So, I mean, what does it look like? I think we can have them craft it the way they see it. First of all, it should be an 8 KPI. So everybody can kind of be on the same page, which is where we are at with Floyd. I could see at some point in time a company or a region, uh, wanting us to do this specifically for them rather than mix it with the everybody, you know, the, the potpourri of everybody in the business. I can see it. I don't. I don't think it's gonna matter whether you're a broker or whether you're a branch manager or whether you're a company that wants to put all your people in that. We need, we need to turn this around, we need to pivot, we need to be able to get to the point where we can all of a sudden be profitable. And I think it'd be great to share some success stories with each.
