Day 3️⃣ of sharing what my day looks like. I was in a major flow state yesterday with minimal meetings so I struggled to timestamp what I was doing — the day went by literally in a blink. 5:30 AM: wake 5:55 AM: log on, LinkedIn + reading on trends, planning for the day 6:40 AM: feed/clean up the kids, get ready 7:55 AM: head to work, answer Q’s, benefits update forms, insight across projects and on a new priority project 11 AM: determine how many additions to hire, draft job descriptions, reach out to team for feedback, hiring benchmarks, post 12:50 PM: ribbon cutting / tour Arrowhead Cleaners (never thought a dry cleaning tour could be so interested, but I was hooked. Their new ownership dug into why/how they overhauled the business, how the changes improve the quality of what they do and how it’s eco-friendly) 1:50 PM: Answer misc Q’s, dig into proposals we need to send out, prep for consult 3:30 PM: Meet with Alexandra Lund 5:45 PM: Home, supper 6:15 PM: Volleyball, Old 10 with team after 9:20 PM: snooze
