Introduction call between hiring manager and a recruiter An intro call between a recruiter and a hiring manager is a great opportunity to get on the same page about the open role and the ideal candidate. It's also a chance to build rapport and start to develop a working relationship Start by introducing yourself and the hiring manager. Ask the hiring manager to share their thoughts on the role and their ideal candidate. This will help you to better understand the hiring manager's expectations and to identify any potential areas of disagreement. Discuss the next steps in the hiring process. This may include scheduling interviews,identifying panels, assessments or answering any questions the hiring manager may have. Be prepared. Before the call, take some time to review the job description and other mentioned attributes. Be respectful of each other's time. Keep the call on track and avoid going over time. Why would a company celebrate its quarterly planning with Broccoli, Papaya, lemons, and raw Corn? From Beer to Broccoli: every grocery item tells us a story of climate change. Three and a half years ago, ClimateAi embarked on a mission to make food and beverage supply chains more resilient. Working with 45+ companies in those supply chains and more than 80+ food value chains has gotten us to the threshold that many of the food and beverage items we see in grocery stores, we are already working to help adapt those value chains to climate change. This picture celebrates the value chains we have already helped adapt to climate change. This doesn't include the products such as seeds and fertilizers we don't directly see as consumers. We are actively hiring across many roles; please check our careers page.
