Hello Project Management Institute, I completed the “Data Landscape of GenAI for Project Managers” course since August 4 but the 5 PDUs have not been reported to my record yet. It seems that’s a glitch in your system as this is the first time I experience something like this (I completed the other 2 AI courses and they were promptly reported). I already contacted your WhatsApp support twice but there’s no resolution yet. What other support options are available?

2moHi PMI + community, I’ve passed 3 of these courses. Q: Am I the only one, who’s not satisfied with the courses interface? Each time I’ve tried to open the full screen view - it didn’t work - It broke my course progress and I was asked to start the course from the beginning Additionally text copy/paste function is not available - had to make screenshots. Win machine, latest version of Chrome.
