I took CAPM and PMP exam online. The experience was so good and convenient. 👍

It should be clearly advertised that taking a test online will also mean you have to wait up to 5 days for your results. I would have driven the hour to a testing center had that been clearly explained prior to scheduling my exam online 🙄.

I’m thrilled to share that I recently achieved my PMP certification on my first attempt! 🎉 Reflecting on my experience, I found that taking the exam in person was my best choice. The reliable setup, distraction-free environment, and face-to-face support were invaluable in helping me stay focused and confident during the exam. For those preparing for their PMP certification, consider what environment suits your needs best. Whether you choose in-person or online, the key is to create a setting where you can perform your best. Best of luck to all future PMP candidates! #PMP #ProjectManagement #CertificationSuccess #ContinuousLearning

I would also add – consider what puts you in the right frame of mind for the exam. Going in person and seeing other people sitting for the exam can remind you that you are not the only one going through this journey, which might provide a sense of motivation. However, if this is not the case, and you feel more comfortable and focused in a familiar environment, then online testing might be the better option for you.

In person is the best option. Beyond the setup and security potential risks at home, in person you are "in the moment" ! Every thought you have is focused on the test and the feeling of passing! It's hard, but you got this!!

I took both CAPM and PMP in-person. Transferring any connectivity and security risks was the best choice (in my case) ✅

This was a major concern of mine...if online testing is available there should be effective systems testing as well as coverage incase anything goes wrong. It's hard to imagine that if one works hard to pass an exam, nothing can be done if issues arise outside of the test taker's control. #anxious

From a personal experience, I should have done the exam in person. Connectivity was spotty. The test was fine, but the chat and communication with the proctor kept freezing and had me worried when I was done. Mission accomplished though.

I have taken on line exam so it has been the most uncomfortable and awful experience in my life. It has been my farewell for pmp for ever. I know i am a water drop in the ocean but i suppose i am not the only one
