I never really follow TOFU,MOFU,BOFU for my content strategy 🤯
Some may raise an eyebrow, but let me share my journey in full.
In 2020, I started writing on #projectmanagement here but my content wasn't getting the traction I'd hoped for, and doubt started creeping in. "Maybe project management content isn't for me," I thought.
So I decided to QUIT.
Fast forward to 2024. Here I am, still creating project management content, and guess what? I'm attracting leads without even doing traditional "salesy" posts!
Here's the lesson I learned: Don't be afraid to experiment and find what resonates with your audience.
This is the framework that's worked wonders for me:
✨ Engage: Grab attention with valuable, educational content.
Content Examples: Industry reports, project management hacks, explainers on new methodologies
✨ Mentor: Position yourself as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance.
Content Examples: FAQ posts, reply on DMs, previous experiences
✨ Partner: Subtly weave in your services as a natural next step in their project management journey.
Content Examples: Highlight client success stories, behind-the-scenes glimpses of your coaching process
✨ Own: Encourage them to take action, whether it's reaching out for a consultation or joining your program.
Content Examples: Free consultations, limited-time offers, testimonials
I’ve been consuming some great content lately, and if you’re not following

2moI really appreciated the first blog post about students using PM skills. In educating myself for a career pivot (from education to corporate work), I have been able to incorporate PM skills when working with my college students to help them be successful in their courses. I want them to know how these skills will help them long term.
