#brandextention #brandactivation I challenge my students from the MSc Fashion and Luxury marketing management of TBS Education - Barcelona to work on a cross strategy proposal for one of the 6 different luxury & premium fashion brands I proposed. - They have to understand, first, the DNA of each brand (history/product portfolio/positioning/retail/licenses deals & collaboration etc) and propose a brand extension strategy using License deal and brand activation strategy using collaboration. - We start with 2 intense & theoretical sessions to understand the context, rules and aim of any licensing agreement in luxury sector and how the evolution in fashion distribution activates & influences collaboration's strategies. - After these 2 sessions it is time for “learning-doing” working closely with the students through tutorial session, in order to stress on content that could be misunderstood. - Hope they will be all successful after this master,  working on luxury or fashion sector. #licensing #fashionlicensing #fashioncollaboration #fashiondistribution
