Friday afternoon pondering 3 major key takeaways from Asembia 2024:
1) Long standing relationships in the Pharma and Pharma Services Industry are incredibly deep and require thoughtful approaches to support, maintain, leverage, grow. Investment of prioritization, time, execution and follow up critical. Grateful for all the wonderful folks who took time to connect in Vegas.
2) Technology enablement continues to evolve which adds complexity to an already detailed and complex pharmaceutical industry landscape. I was struck by how much effort is required for me to keep current on the pace of industry innovation.
3) The Specialty Pharmacy industry has certainly evolved since my first Armada now Asembia in 2006. And not much has truly changed! Patients have more options for specialty medications and better outcomes all on display this week. #leadership
