Thank you to #CPKelco a J.M. Huber Corporation for already 2 great years! My colleague Laurie M. has already published a post about her 5th work birthday and why she loves working here. I'll echo her and pick out the things that make me so proud and smile every day I start working at #CPKelco. 1. the fact that I report to Laurie 😊🤗 2. the respect for people, which is not just a slogan, but is lived and felt every day. In October, Arenko’s Employee Spotlight returns to the Operations team and shines on Carl Heath, our Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Manager. Carl makes sure that everyone at Arenko, whether based on site, at home or in the office, has a safe working environment and all the required adjustments for maximum productivity. Carl’s favourite Arenko value is integrity. “At Arenko, we always tell the truth, and we always expect to hear the truth,” he told us. Carl appreciates the pace of Arenko’s innovation and our open culture, which is very different from predominantly male workplaces he used to work in, but he stressed that trust is the ultimate foundation on which any great achievement is built. When asked about what he likes the most about working at Arenko, Carl’s answer was short and succinct: “Freedom with responsibility.” When going about his daily tasks, he explained, he is given a lot of freedom in how to do his job, together with full accountability for the results he delivers. It’s my 2 years with Bondstein Technologies Limited, and what a journey it’s been! Full of growth & challenges both. 🎯 Leading our People of Culture team of 4 has shown me the magic that happens when a team truly supports each other. We’ve also had the pleasure of onboarding over 30 amazing individuals for Bondstein, Singularity Limited, and Kyro Solutions LLC—each hire was a reminder that finding the right cultural fit is just as important as skills. One of my biggest lessons was implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making things more transparent and fair when it comes to performance-based #rewards. Seeing 51% of our team sign up for training from 2023 to 2024 really showed me how much people love learning when given the chance! Managing over 25 employee-related updates on LinkedIn each quarter has taught me the power of storytelling and engagement. Organizing 24 events last 2 years? Let’s just say I learned a lot about #teamwork and bringing people #together. A fun #win was implementing our 🗓 Smart Visiting Card system—what started as a small tweak ended up saving us money every month! Taking on additional responsibilities at Singularity Limited and Kyro Solutions LLC has pushed me to up our time management 📉 game. Plus, streamlining our Employee Release process down from 1 month to just 7 days was a proud moment that taught me the value of efficiency. And hey, even figuring out how to optimize lunch planning for our interns was a surprising lesson in reducing waste and being mindful of the little things.
