The first proposal for Propchain DAO has successfully closed! We thank you for the relentless support and enthusiasm you have shown for our inaugural proposal within the Propchain DAO, hosted on @SnapshotLabs. The first proposal [PCF-01] was collectively voted on by the $PROPC community, accumulating more than 25K Voting Power, with a unanimous result that can be found in the link below: https://lnkd.in/duqHkKqu The outcomes of this proposal will influence our decision-making on the current real estate products offered under our property investment platform, Prop.com, in the upcoming quarters. We encourage feedback from voters on both general and technical aspects of the voting system implemented in Propchain DAO. As we move forward, our goal remains to enhance the current mechanics to drive further clarity across proposals. We’re thrilled to celebrate the 1st Anniversary of $PROPC, reflecting on remarkable milestones and our accomplishments so far. None of this would have been possible without the support of our early $PROPC holders who have been part of the journey right from the very beginning. To begin the celebration of this exciting milestone, we first invited our dedicated early $PROPC holders to explore the ecosystem and experience its key verticals in action. Following this, we were delighted to witness over 200K $PROPC newly staked in our long-term pool on the staking dApp, bringing the total staked $PROPC to over 850K to date.This demonstrates the steadfast commitment and belief of our early supporters in the #Propchain ecosystem. To acknowledge this spirit, we now invite all $PROPC holders to join the $PROPC staking season and be part of an unprecedented Raffle event - a first for Propchain. This event celebrates the dedication of our stakers and expresses our deep appreciation for their support. Furthermore, our Raffle event will be hosted in the last week of May, provided that we reach the next milestone of an additional 200K $PROPC or more staked in the long-term pool, bringing the total to 1M staked $PROPC by May 25th. During this event, new stakers will be entered into a raffle-based airdrop with a reward pool of 5000 $PROPC.
