It has been a pleasure delivering Propel workshops and coaching to the highly skilled leadership team at Google NZ. We admire Google NZ’s mission of “assisting all Kiwis into a digital future”, which is particularly important in a time when technology is rapidly evolving and digital skills are key to future success. PPG Executive Coach, Lou Kuegler, who has been facilitating sessions and coaching with Google NZ, says the team has been amazing to work with, always showing enthusiasm and a curiosity to learn. “The vibe that you feel in the room with these Googlers, is contagious,” says Lou. In our most recent high-performance masterclass with Google NZ, Lou delved into key content from the ME and WE sections of our Propel ME, WE, GO methodology. This performance enhancement methodology ensures that everyone feels empowered and understands their role within the broader team context. The ME section focuses on personal ownership and performance, while the WE section emphasises the importance of team performance. During the session, the Google NZ team brought vulnerability and shared their own personal insights – a crucial aspect of personal performance that fosters a team culture of trust and allows for more open and honest communication. Thank you to Google NZ’s Country Director, Caroline Rainsford, for your strong, inspiring leadership of this business and team, and for your warm welcome. We are excited to continue working with the Google NZ team, helping them to further build their leadership skills, enhance team performance, and ultimately, propel their mission of assisting all Kiwis into a digital future.
