Sign up below.” We can do better than that! ✅ Ask your host or panelist to record a short video that showcases the topic ✅ Hype up what’s in it for the audience and what they’ll learn by attending ✅ Share a clip from a prior webinar as a preview of the type of content attendees can expect ✅ Preview the top 3 things they’ll learn during the event ✅ Share a carousel of positive feedback from previous events ✅ Presenting with a customer or partner? Create collaborative content to generate some buzz and FOMO Then, after the event is over, don’t stop there. > Save the Q&A and create a blog post with all the questions and promote that post > Have an SME record answers to the most common questions and share those videos on social > Create a carousel or a post with the top 3 takeaways from the event > Post short clips from the webinar to social, and direct people to the recording > Use the event audio as a podcast or use the transcript to create blog posts People always hate on the “dusty old corporate playbook,” but your followers are already engaged with your brand. Building in some promotion for your webinars is a win/win for you (managing all your marketing), your company, and your audience. Here are the 5 steps I took to merge LinkedIn inbound and outbound marketing: 1. Optimize Your Profile: Your LinkedIn profile is your landing page. Make sure it reflects your expertise and value proposition. Use keywords strategically to be easily found by your target audience. 2. Create Valuable Content: Share insights, case studies, and industry trends. Content that educates and engages will attract the right audience to your profile. 3. Engage Authentically: Don’t just post and ghost. Engage with comments, join relevant groups, and participate in discussions. This builds relationships and trust. 4. Leverage LinkedIn Features: Utilize Sales Navigator to find your ideal clients, LinkedIn Events to host webinars, and LinkedIn Newsletters to share in-depth insights.
