In 2022, one of DeLuca’s first initiatives as CEO was to establish a dedicated Green Team comprised of executives from departments across the company. The Green Team, along with our newly appointed ESG Manager, Apaulo Malloy, ensure that the firm’s sustainability agenda is comprehensive, actionable and aligned with its stakeholders.    As a company, we are prioritizing adapting our properties to potential changes in the environment through concise energy, water and waste management programs.
