It's been quite a journey with team Lilacovation over the last 3 months as their PEM and mentor for the PolyFintech Hackathon 2024. Although I've been told that I've inspired them and been their pillar of support, they’ve been my strong motivation and source of joy. Here are some personal reminders from this once-in-a-lifetime experience: 1. The importance of agility in the workplace (e.g. exploring no-code app creation solutions, like Bravostudio, in a short period of time). 2. Stay focused and dedicated to what you do (e.g. your passion shines through in your delivery). 3. Innovation need not be complex but rather lie in simplicity and the ability to provide clear value. 4. Fears are meant to be conquered (e.g. pitching ideas with utmost confidence in front of a sea of students and educators). 5. Perseverance and tenacity are key to seeing things through. Once again, awesome job for embodying all these traits!
