My personal philosophy about the nursing profession: As an aspiring nurse, I believe that nursing is acting with integrity in every situation. In addition, I believe nurses have a unique roll to provide care to people at a very vulnerable state. This shows the importance of always acting with compassion and understanding towards your patient's experiences. Nursing is a constantly evolving profession and ensuring we change as the profession continues to progress will continue to improve patient care and patient outcomes.

Reflecting on the incredible joys brought by nurses…the silent architects of comfort and care. Witnessing their compassion, the genuine connections formed with patients and residents, and the unwavering dedication to making a difference is truly heartwarming. We found this great article titled “Life Changing Moments in Nursing,” where nurses reflect on the beautiful moments they’ve experienced while being a nurse. It’s a quick read sure to brighten your day: https://lnkd.in/eFEKRDS9
