L.A. Care is addressing homelessness with a new program that deploys social workers to temporary housing sites, focusing on housing navigation and Enhanced Care Management. 🏢👥Charlie Robinson, Senior Director of Community Health, spoke with Hannah Saunders State of Reform, emphasizing that this is just the beginning of L.A. Care's efforts to support members and transition them from temporary to permanent housing. "We’re just getting started, and there’s much more to be done," Robinson said.
