Another 'did you know' edition today 💡 So here it is: did you know you can now create lists of .. tickets!? 🙏 Hooray, you can easily find your tickets using any property or event data from the ticket object or its associated objects. ➡️ Once you create a list of tickets in your HubSpot portal, you can use that list in workflows, reporting, and saved views. Hey friends, HubSpot has another valuable update. If you have ever wanted to track when something has happened from a date and time in the past to today’s date, you can now create that property right in your CRM. This is cool... A powerful, yet underutilized feature of hubspot is custom objects. These can solve for unique situations and make HS extremely flexible. There is now a beta you can opt into AT ANY HUBSPOT TIER to access a library of objects to grab. Pro and enterprise tiers get some helpful options within the library to boot. Check it out:
