After 8 years as a recruitment agent, I began to feel displeased with the unmet needs in healthcare staffing. Despite a lot of requests, many clients had to wait for days or weeks unattended due to the manual recruitment process. Healthcare providers don’t always have to hire healthcare professionals for permanent roles, so they can also use the app to find professionals who are available for temporal shifts. If technology can bring people who are thousands of miles away together in seconds, we can use it to bridge the wide gap between hiring healthcare providers and job-seeking healthcare professionals. The goodnews? We plan to serve at least 1,000 healthcare providers this year to hire qualified healthcare professionals to fill roles and shifts at good rates.
