At Deltana we are making progress in internationalization Although our activity collaborating in international projects is a consolidated reality, we are moving forward in our strategy of having presence and proximity to our clients in the markets with the greatest potential at this time. Therefore, we have attended the XXII Edition of IMEX Madrid 2024, invited by one of our business allies. There we were able to obtain valuable information about financing possibilities, possible suppliers of market consultancy, support in the establishment of our delegations, etc. Canada and Australia are our first targets, where our efforts are focused and we are moving forward so that we can leverage on the ground gained in those markets through the projects in which we are currently present.  We will soon be sending a delegation to Canada on a commercial visit to make progress in this regard. Experience one of the first BIM projects in Hanoi implemented by Hanoi Transport Consulting Joint Stock Company (CTEC). The project of nearly 2.5km but includes many complex underground infrastructure systems such as water supply, drainage, fire protection, and communication. In addition, the road design problem also needs to handle many technical issues such as weak soil, bamboo piles, and soil bags. In addition, the route needs to handle 3 intersections, including 1 roundabout and 2 connecting intersections at both ends. Ready: - a family of supports for utility networks and their location in the parking lot; - modeling of engineering networks (CAD to BIM); - cordination; - LOD 350. Thanks to BIM, it was possible to accurately integrate the supports, avoid mistakes and delays in construction, coordinate the work of various contractors, and ensure that all systems are properly connected. There are layer that represents diverse types of utilities in the underground, to give a more complete picture of the city's infrastructure, utilities are important in any construction project, because the planners must be aware of connection points to existing utilities. Also, damage to any of these elements during construction would be costly. There are a point cloud layer, which provides millions of accurately positioned points indicating the relief of an area and the shape of the buildings and any other elements present in the landscape.
