♥️September is Suicide Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness about mental health and the importance of seeking help. At Ben Carr’s State Farm Agency, we believe that every life matters and that support is available. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out for help; contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255) or text “HELLO” to 741741 for support. ❤️🩹Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a community where everyone feels safe to talk about their feelings. #suicidepreventionmonth

As we close out Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to share the national suicide prevention hotline number, 9-8-8. People can call this number 24/7 if anyone they know, or if they themselves, are at risk for suicide. Since the Covid pandemic, suicide rates have risen, especially among older adults. But help IS available. You can learn more about suicide prevention and get additional resources at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's website, afsp.org. #mentalhealthawareness #suicideprevention #988

If you are struggling, talk to someone. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #takethemoment https://lnkd.in/g3nbXBSu
