Rusty is an amazing ICU nurse here at Providence. He recently received four WOW nominations, some from colleagues and one very special note from a patient’s family. A colleague wrote, “Rusty goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone he is working with is having a good day. He is a big giant with a really, caring heart.” And a patient’s family wrote in, saying, “Rusty encouraged us to speak with our loved one, even while she was sedated.
