A good Recruiter is like a good Customer Success manager. They should be your trusted advisor on the state of the market/best practices and be thinking about long term results. A bad Recruiter or CS is only focused on the current opening/renewal and disappears after the task is complete.

Many of us learned about balance from a teeter totter at a very young age. Trust and trickery were often part of those lessons. The omnipresent wisdom available to us growing up in that era was palpable and I sometimes find myself longing to go back to a simpler time. Do you have balance in your current position?
