When do single-flow demos make sense? After analyzing 8,800 sessions across 40 demo flows, we found: If you can showcase your product in 12 steps or fewer, a single-flow demo is your best bet. Why? 👉 Single-flow demos with 12 or fewer steps achieve a 34.66% completion rate 👉 Single-flow demos with over 12 steps see only a 14.62% completion rate Our data shows a clear negative correlation between step count and completion rate. Keeping your demo focused and under 12 steps more than doubles your chances of viewers finishing it.
