Oh no, I forgot to post something again... 🤔 And yet I'm teaching others... Yesterday I once again had the opportunity to give two training sessions of a few hours on #personalbranding on LinkedIn for my colleagues from #TeamRENOLIT. 👩🏫 🤝 I realized again how cool it is to see so many people being interested in representing RENOLIT and especially themselves as the experts they actually are via LinkedIn. We all have unique talents and skills that set us apart from others and that we can and should use as part of our personal brand to add immense value to our company and our professional careers. 💡I love to give training to colleagues and share my knowledge and insights in the field, unleashing potential, inspiring them, expanding their professional network and taking their career to the next level. ⚡️But while I was encouraging my colleagues to have the confidence to position themselves and "just go for it", I realized how quickly it happens to forget your own advice in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and work. I encourage other people to become active, to carry out the tasks and successes that seem self-evident to me in daily business, but I often forget about myself in the meantime. I'm sure it's not just me and not just for personal branding or communication itself. We know it better sometimes, we give advices, but tend to forget them when it is about us. We end up losing sight of ourselves, because it is the quickest and the easiest. Who else feels that way sometimes?
