Talent & workforce expert - strategy, leadership, operating model, technology, experience | Skills researcher | Writer | Speaker | Founder & CEO, TQSolutions
Someone asked me this morning: "What does your other business, The Career Conversation (TCC) do?" My answer and overview surprised them because like all good businesses, TCC has pivoted over the years and now does something very different to what is started doing. It's sole focus is the development and management of highly innovative digital engagement and nurturing campaigns for Early Careers talent with a particular focus on the pre-board (or Keep-warm) phase as well as during the transition to work phase post day 1. It works with some of the biggest graduate employers in the country as well as some very well known international brands in EMEA and APAC. So I thought I would share a TCC update with LinkedIn network and showcase the amazing work that Tim Way, Claire Craven and Bodene Sargent have been doing this year which has resulted in The Career Conversation being up for an award at the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) Gala Dinner this year. This year, the team have developed a digital showcase of TCC's Content Library which forms the backbone of our programs for cients. You can browse this directly using the link below. In the comments are two additional assets worth reviewing: 1) A short slide show profiling the business service proposition and 2) A fantastic video bring to life the 'why' and the 'how' of the business a little bit more If you have Early Careers in your portfolio and don't know TCC, I really suggest taking a look. Reach out to me or directly to Tim Way if you would like to find out more. #earlycareers #graduateprograms #internships #employeeengagement #candidateexperience #startdeveloping #noonewantstobekeptwarm https://lnkd.in/g8WxK_CY

Last Wednesday, our VDSS and Pre-Employment Coordinator, Kathy had the opportunity to meet Ismail and his group of participants during their vision board activity for our Growing Self-Esteem and Confidence to Support Job Readiness Pre-Employment course. After completing this 5-day course, participants developed skills and confidence that will support them with their growth and transition into the workforce. "I am or at least I feel like I can walk in for an interview. I know how I can show my skills and abilities through my tone, language and behaviour," said one participant. "I would recommend everyone do this course as it's good to be reminded to look after yourself and others with emotional intelligence and mindfulness," said another. Are you ready to boost your confidence and excel in your career?
