A professional AE doesn’t just depend on Their “rizz” to sell and service the account. Most enjoy the softer part of being an AE and we see some people that can be effective just by being the best at the talk. That happens but to be a real pro that can get results in any situation you need to train, understand, listen etc.. Just as importantly you need the habits and schedules. Studying “High Performance Habits” is a good place to start.

**What Would Be Your Advice** Last week I was asked to participate in a plant tour Shoals Technologies Group was hosting at one of our plants in Portland, TN. Our company was hosting a group of high school educators and I was asked to share 3 things I felt this generation needed to be taught while in high school that would help them as they progress in their future careers. Below is what I shared: 1. Learn How to Communicate Effectively 2. Learn How to Problem Solve and Think Critically 3. Learn How to be a Team Player and be a Great Teammate What would be your advice?

A clear rejection is better than false excuses of an organization, wasting your 1 ,2 or 3 months & will not pay you anything back. In the name of training sessions or demo sessions still people do practice these things.they say we will hire you & later kick you out, after getting their work done by you.Think before doing anything like it.

Years ago, I took on a part time job at an apprenticeship where people practiced skills to change careers. I managed client relationships and developed product requirements, and these career changers built real websites for nonprofits and small businesses. As a result, they built up their resumes and were able to begin their careers in software development with real-life experience under their belts. These were long days for all involved - we all had day jobs, and this magical thing was something we did in the evenings and weekends to improve our crafts and take control of our destinies. Today, I embark on my own career-changing journey from product leader to founder. I’m helping motivated people plot out a path to change their lives - helping them develop clarity and direction to pursue their ambitions. How? I’m working with professional coaches with a variety of specializations that can help people overcome limiting beliefs, achieve work-life balance, provide accountability, help plot a course for career advancement, and more. I’m recruiting motivated people who are interested in coaching for a free discovery call as I develop this new product offering. No obligation to proceed with a coach! My goal is to learn what people need so I can create a product that aligns to your needs. And if you’re a coach interested in growing your business, you can also schedule time with me to discuss your goals and ideal customer profile. If a call is too much - my DMs are also open if you want more information. Looking forward to connecting!

Virtual Assistant | Social Media Manager |lead generation specialist|Telemarketer | Appointment setter|chat support specialist AirBnB co-host Digital witch community..Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka Anambra State Nigeria
I'm happy to be taking the virtual assistant course at ALX. It has been an eye-opener for me in many areas, including communication, proactiveness, listening, grit, growth mindset, and self-confidence. Even though I'm only in week 3, I'm confident that by the end of the program, I'll become the outstanding VA I aim to be. One topic I particularly enjoyed in week 2, aside from learning about the 7 Cs of communication, was the growth mindset and I will definitely talk about it in my next post but here are The 7 Cs ; 1. **Clear**: Being clear with the message you're passing. 2. **Concise**: Keeping it brief. 3. **Concrete**: Ensuring people understand the idea you're conveying. 4. **Correct**: Providing accurate information. 5. **Coherent**: Logically connecting all your points. 6. **Complete**: Supplying all necessary details, including time and purpose. 7. **Courteous**: Communicating respectfully and appropriately.

Professional network - have you ever asked *colleagues* on your team for quarterly feedback? Not a 360 eval - just a check-in mechanism to evaluate your working relationship and to give a helpful assessment of where they think you can improve? Do you have a template to share?

Here’s what client Freddie Roddick had to say about our work together… What are the top 3 results you’ve had from working with me? ‘Helping further explore who I am as a person, I’m excited to work on things we discuss in our sessions, so therefore more motivated in my preparation, journaling and actual training sessions. Sam provided some useful tips and simple structure to how I journal / prepare for the week.’ What is my zone genius? The thing I do that makes the biggest contribution to you... ‘Having someone who listens really well, but also has a really good understanding of the technical side of the game and relates to a lot of the experiences we speak about in sessions. There are very few people in the world who I could speak to in the same level of depth about trying to be the best possible person, and also about the technical aspects of kicking in the same discussion.’ What do you appreciate most about me that you think others may not see? ‘I think you challenge me way more from the human side of things, about being a good person, sometimes I’m resistant to talk about it and would rather focus on something more performance based. However, on reflection, I think continuing to push me here is massive for my growth.’
