First day of spring this week❓ Fife didn’t get the memo 💨☔️ I failed miserably yet again, to get a serious picture for the OTECSA Consulting Ltd company page in the wind and rain, but I did successfully deliver a safety management gap analysis to our clients! They’ve gone from a few, to over 20 people in the last 5 years and need a management system that can grow and evolve with them. The culture and behaviours are great, we just need something solid in the background to support this moving forward. Our pragmatic solution is a fit for purpose and flexible system to manage occupational and process safety risk. Its implementation will actually reduce the paper work burden by rationalising the existing risk assessments and SOPs. It will also enable the leadership team to quickly access performance data and have a very clear understanding of the level of safety compliance and understanding at their facility. This isn’t a tick box for a certification, there are no plans for that yet.
