It’s an honour to be recognised for our efforts by The Economic Times Sustainable Organisations 2023 for Net Zero Goals. ✅ Since 2015 and as a founding member of the Indian Green Building Council we have been encouraging sustainable building designs blending high-quality construction & low environmental impact concepts. ✅ We prioritize energy efficiency in project planning and design, aiming for low building energy demand that can be met with carbon-free renewable energy. ✅ Our commitment to energy efficiency starts at the design phase, optimizing passive strategies to reduce overall energy demand. ✅ At an operational level, we undertake various activities to strengthen our green impact. Installation of grid-type solar power systems, HVAC systems designed with 100% CFC free refrigerants, OWC with ozone generator and IBMS are some highlights. ✅ With environmental consciousness at the forefront, we have planted 4000 trees and 2.5 lac shrubs, restored over 125 matured trees and 8 large water bodies in the last 3 yrs. ✅ 6 million sq ft of green projects have been completed in the last 5 years.
