THREE PILLARS NAMED A GREAT PLACE TO WORK! At Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, we value our team's opinion and are steadfast in working to ensure we provide an excellent workplace. In October, Three Pillars conducted a campus-wide employee survey, which gave staff a chance to let their voices be heard. Transparency is important to us, so all our employees know a summary of the survey results. We're now working through action plans to celebrate our most positive results and improve areas in need of attention. Since our employee survey used the Great Place To Work® Trust Index© questions, our data was compiled and evaluated alongside the thousands of other companies and millions of employees' responses. The responses from our team identified Three Pillars as a place employees authentically say is "a great place to work," which earns us Great Place To Work certification for 2023-24! Congrats to our entire organization for making Three Pillars a Great Place To Work!
