So I was reading over a job application that I am very capable of doing. Reading description not only do they want you to be foreman to keep material and tools in front of your guys. They want you to be second safety man, then material handler, job planner, tool handler and inventory, doing material take off and ordering and verifying what came in as what you ordered, detailer and iso drawings. Then work on tools as needed. If this is the requirement why have all these titles under 8 different job titles on a job site. Why not just say you are meaning less to this company and we are going to abuse you and pay you the bare minimum for the job we hired you to do and blame you for the rest. I can do all the above but if the company wants the one person to do all the pay should go from $90,000 per year earnings from the requested hiring job to $300,000 for doing all the jobs. If this just a copy and paste a company does means they have a high turnover and not the waste of time to apply. It will only ruin your current job and career!!
