📣 I’m excited to share a recent project I completed in collaboration with Mohamed Emam , where we fully utilized Revit to design and integrate several critical building systems. This project showcased our ability to coordinate and streamline the design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, data and telephone systems, as well as a comprehensive CCTV system. which included: ✔ Lighting Design: Developed a lighting plan that not only enhances the aesthetic and functional aspects of the spaces but also maximizes energy efficiency. ✔ Power Distribution: Engineered a robust and efficient power distribution system to ensure a reliable and optimized energy supply throughout the building. ✔Fire Alarm System: Integrated an advanced fire alarm system, adhering to the highest safety standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance. ✔Data and Telephone Systems: Designed a reliable and high-performance data and telephone network to meet the demands of a modern, connected workspace. ✔CCTV System: Created a detailed CCTV system layout to provide comprehensive security coverage across the entire property. Technical Expertise Gained: ✔ Central, Local, and Detached Files: Developed a deep understanding of creating and managing central, local, and detached Revit files, each serving distinct project needs. ✔ Worksets Management: Organized work for each system separately using worksets and filters, enabling efficient collaboration and workflow management. ✔Family Management: Created and managed custom families, tailoring elements to meet the specific requirements of the project. ✔Clash Detection: Conducted thorough clash detection, ultimately submitting zero-clash reports to ensure flawless system integration. ❇ Finally, words cannot express my gratitude to Mohamed Emam for his guidance and for giving me this incredible opportunity.
