Urgently Needed! MSIG Life looking for Regional Agency Development (Jakarta, Jawa Tengah & Sumatera) Job Description: - Develop sales strategy & planning in order to increase productivity by selling insurance policies through agency sales. - Develop agent’s capability by planning training activities to shape effective working pattern and agent’s working identity to achieve company’s targets. - Develop and manage sales productivity within regional sales scope. - Develop, implement, and administer sales and distribution programs. - Organize and monitor the sales activity to boost productivity - Create and execute agency event and program both for selling, recruitment and activity management (Customer gathering, table talk, Business Opportunity) - Monitor sales best practice to ensure meet risk and compliance requirement for sales and recruitment activity.
