The wider workplace also feels the effects through lost productivity, increased absenteeism, poor morale and time spent documenting, pursuing or defending claims. As PT SMS has committed to a zero-tolerant of bullying, we build a grievance system which is regularly evaluated and raising awareness of this issue. One of the creative activity we’ve made is having a short video competition involving all of our employees. Beside having a prize, The video of the winner will be played on the screen located in employees dining area. We believe every small things of our efforts, will give a positive impact for the company and especially for all of our beloved workers NO Harassment, No intimidation, No bully !
